The Iowa Department of Public Health and the Upper Midwest Center for Public Health Preparedness welcomes you to the Prepare Iowa Learning Management System website, the state’s first internet-based learning management system. Planning for and being prepared to respond to emerging threats is at the heart of this collaborative effort.
The Prepare Iowa learning management system is designed to serve as a training and education resource for public health workforce development that can be utilized to expand one’s knowledge base and strengthen the skills and abilities that are necessary in this dynamic field. The system allows users to assess their knowledge and guide them to competency-based courses to fulfill their expanding professional development needs.
